I think you get a lot of space for the money, but the quality is not so good. The workmanship is poor and the detail work was poor. They were a month late getting the house finished, and there were a lot of problems with it. The basement was leaking and there was a leak in the ceiling upstairs. They fixed everything but it took them forever to get the work done.

The quality of this home is great and the builder and work crews did a wonderful job. It was built on time, everything was cleaned up nicely ready for us to move into, and the sales staff was very friendly and helpful. The walk through went real smooth and we didn t see anything that needed to be fixed. We are real pleased with our new Tomac home.
