If you want to hire a contractor that keeps your money (multiple $K) and didnâ t get the job done, this is the one to hire. We hires Trent to build the sunroom. After he presented the plan and we placed a deposit of $5000 to get the job started. He had an architect come to our course drawing the blueprint but we requested changes. In the meanwhile, we have engaged Trent for other small scale projects, such as adding a wall or adding rails to our porch. We paid all the projects in full after the projects are done. However, the main project on sunroom hasnâ t made any progress for over 8 months. Our request to the change of the drawing hasnâ t been addressed in a concrete manner. Understanding that Trent might have busy schedule and we didnâ t want to wait for any longer. We kindly requested to cancel the project, refund is $5000-minus the drawing fee. He agreed to refund in his initial text but then unresponsive for our calls and texts. However, he also didnâ t move forward with our project. So, essentially we paid $5000, got a semi-finished blueprint and waited for over a year and nothing was done. His argument was this $5000 was baked into the cost of other projects but we have separate quotes for other projects from him and weâ ve paid in full. After we have read other review about failing to refund $2000, it seems a consistent pattern. Please address it ASAP before we bring it to the next level!!

If you want a contractor that doesn't complete the job but still keeps some of your money, this is the one to hire. I saw some positive reviews on Google, which are the ones that led me to hire this contractor, However, I have had a terrible experience with this contractor and its owner, Trent Davis. He still owes me over $2,000 and won't answer my calls or explain why he is keeping the money. An unqualified, do not recommend rating!

Trent and his crew were all very professional and did an amazing job. Our addition had been started by another contractor several years ago but never completed. Trent made sure everything was properly done and if it wasn't his crews fixed what needed to be fixed until it was done right. After correcting the things that needed fixing they laid all the flooring, tiled the shower, finished the plumbing, HVAC, and wiring, put in the fixtures, painted, built a deck and enlarged our driveway , put in new gutters and gutter guards and some other stuff. The work is too notch and we wholeheartedly recommend them. Their customer service was also great. We have already hired them to do some painting, carpeting and repair work in the main house part of it to start in the fall and the rest early next year per our time frame on when we want the work done. Definitely a great company to work with and highly recommend.

Trent is professional, timely, has great work ethic, and does great quality work. Every reno is going to have hitches - we are working with 4 different contractors, and every single job has had hitches. But Trent reasonably, efficiently, and effectively addresses every issue and ensures the customer is happy. He redid our kitchen, it was a major job with walls coming down, counters being moved, new cabinetry being built, and wires/cables being moved. Excellent job!

Trent and his crew truly surpassed all of my expectations! I had them replace my wood siding with vinyl, install new flooring in my kitchen, laundry room, and all bathrooms, install new toilets and vanities, paint, install new cabinet fronts and hardware and replace and repair my fro teal Beau and steps.. They actually built the cabinet doors (shaker style) to save us money and they are gorgeous! Trent has a sharp eye for detail and doesnâ t miss a detail. His pricing is fair and he got us a quote quickly. Their work is top notch - but what really sets them apart is the service. Trent stayed in contact with me so I always knew what their plans were. He and his crew are all super friendly - none of them got annoyed or flustered even when I couldnâ t make a decision on a wall color. They were all great with working around 2 adults working from home and a 6 year old in virtual school. My 6 year old has already said he misses them being at the house! Any time we need any repairs/additions/renovations, Trent and his guys will always be my first call!
