We used The Tile Shop. I used 2 different guys because one was off. The main thing that other Angie's List Members need to know is that they have a great selection of tile however they do not install the tiles. They will refer you to a number of people that they deal with or work with and then you choose. They have a great selection of tiles. The people are very friendly and professional. I would grade them all 'A's for all of the categories on the grading scale except for punctuality because we went to them, they didn't come to us so that would be not applicable.

The Tile Shop offers the consumer one of the best visual displays I have ever seen for backsplash and bathroom creations, as well as great care in the order process. I HIGHLY recommend them--price them before you sign up with one of the other traditional places in Richmond.
