Monika and her staff are simply great. They stopped by each day to feed, water and de-poop for our cats. In addition, they brought in the mail, watered our outside plant, brought in the mail and got the trash to the street.
We have every intention of using The Pet Nanny again in the future. Thank you all for a great experience!

Overall, we had a great experience with Monika. She was very responsive and professional throughout. When away, she sent us text message updates appropriately and was always very easy to get in touch with. She went out of her way to ensure that our and quot;nervesand quot; were comforted when or cat was sick and even took the bold task of giving her medicine.

After using various pet resorts around town, I would never use another service for my animals if I could help it. Shari is a true animal lover and we have the luxury of NEVER having to worry about the care of our older dog while we're out of town. Our dog would always prefer to be at home, but she enjoys going to see the Pet Nanny too. Highly recommend.

Frank and Winnie were great when we returned home. The house was secure and the mail collected.

Everything was pretty good. She was on time and she is a big animal person. ONe of my cats doesn't usually go up to anyone but she was very good with them. She always called and informed me of how things were going with the cats.
