Dave came within a day of calling to look at the windows in my 1954 house. He made suggestions based on my likes and preferences. He took measurements; showed me colors; and faxed a quote later in the day. Upon acceptance, it took 2-weeks to get the custom plantation/wood blinds. He came and installed them in a short time. They look great. They fit perfect and are easy to use.
