The thing that won me over about these guys is that they didn't stoop to playing on my fears/concerns like a few of the other companies I called did. Instead, Richpro took a hands on, "how can we get this solved for you" approach. This is how all businesses should conduct themselves. The whole experience was very pleasant. The technician was very professional. I would definitely use the guys again.

RichPro is one of those rare businesses where you can actually speak to one with authority if you want to.  There is not much need, however, as the staff is very capable, pleasant, and professional. The service person is always punctual and very easy to deal with.
 I did recently email David, (the President) regarding questions about our need for renewal of our terminate prevention treatment.  The response was quick, informative and we were offered a very good new plan developed for established clients like us. I imagine they have grown a lot since we first started with them 10 years ago, as they  know how to take care of their customers, I'm sure resulting in recommendations to others.  It was nice to know that the customer service has remained top-notch through the growth and the person a the top still makes the time to communicate with his clients.  This sums up the reason I am writing a review, this is an exceptional group of people and business and they deserve to be recognized for it.  MANY THANKS!

I've had excellent experience with RichPro Pest Management. We've used them since about 2005. They are professional, affordable I guess, I haven't done much research to do price comparisons. The service technicians are real nice. they are very polite and thorough. They do a good job. Whenever we say, okay, we are having a problem with this bug, they take care of it. I would use them again. I have a contract with them and we are talking about renewing our termite contract in March which is for 10 years.

Overall we have had no problems for all the years we have used them.

They were fine. The same guy has been coming each year, and he is very professional as well as personable. I don't have any problem. They are on time, and they do a good job. The price is comparable to others in the area. I have a contract with them. I am very pleased with them.

I requested a termite inspection for peace of mind - hadn't seen anything, just hadn't had an inspection in several years and have a wood house. They came out and inspected my house, gave me a termite-free report and advised on suitability of whether or not I really needed a ''contract'' at this time. I appreciated their honesty and suggestions for prevention going forward.

The exterminators come once a month and spray for termites, centipedes and bugs. We do not have a problem any more because the spraying on a regular basis kills them completely. There isn't any odor or prep work from the spraying and it is not harmful to pets or us.

We have had them for yearly contract services for some time now. They come yearly and spray the entire property for termites. I do not know what they spray; there really isn't an odor or anything visible. I do know we have a large 3000+ square foot home and very large lot. There is no termite wood damage. It is very affordable for the service.

They always called before coming out to make sure I would be home and they were always on time. I was comfortable with them in my home and they did their best to ensure I knew exactly what was treated and answered all of my questions for me.

We've used Richmond for several years and they also come once a year to check for termites. They spray almost every time they come and we never see any bugs in between their visits.

I was having problems with termites, ants and other pest until I called Richmond Professional Pest Control. They were prompt on their service and had competitive pricing. They were very professional and had excellent service. They were very friendly and came on an annual basis. I would recommend them to anyone.
