Siding Service, Deck and Porch Service
Dishonest and pushy salesman who misrepresented the company's affiliation with the BBB (they list it on their contract but are not a member). Committed to starting work within 7-8 days, did not start for 60 days. Work was done poorly and contractor refused to correct the defects unless I paid more money.
Similar experiences can be seen on the Richmond BBB web site. Numerous complaints and several instances where they have taken a deposit and not performed the work.

Siding Service, Window Service
They came in and gave me an estimate, I was not please with their contractor. In the end they did do a nice job. There was a communications issues. I wasn't please with him but, they don't use him anymore. The contractor didn't do it the way it was suppose to be done, I had to stay on him still he did it the way I said it was to be done. The overall experience with the company was good but the contractor was not a good experience.
