Description of Work: The capacitors in our Samsung big screen TV burned out. The repair was done under warranty. The tech came out when promised, was very knowledgeable and had the repair down in less then 30 minutes. The TV has worked perfectly since then and if it ever breaks again, I would call Regency TV and Stereo to make the repair.

 + -1 moreThey fixed the television but it took a little more time than I expected. I did have to call them back and they came without a problem and stood behind their promise. I like their professional way of treating me.
Description of Work: I had them replace a circuit board in my 32 inch Phillips TV.
