Excellent! The veterinarians and staff are amazing and caring in every level. Dr. Morlino is amazing and takes her time explaining anything we asked.

Extremely well. They are very caring for both the pet and the owner. The dog is fine.

They're worth the price. The wait time is usually just a couple of day, if its an emergency they get you in quick. The vet is very caring, experienced and knowledgeable.

The medical care of our dog is excellent and we use Pouncey Tract Vet. to kennel our dog, when we are out of town, as they take good care of our dog. I have nothing but positive experiences using Pouncey Tract Veterinary Hospital

We had been with this vet for more than 9 years until this incident. Beloved fur baby had surgery by Dr. Z the day before he went on vacation. Called a day later and we stated that our cat was not doing well. Dr. Morris said that this was to be expected and wrote a prescription for pain medication. Next day, the cat was still not doing well so we took him to VRCC were he was diagnosed with sepsis and died. Spoke to Dr. Z who admitted that the cat should have had a follow-up exam. Something is clearly wrong here with this practice. We have transferred all of our surviving fur babies to another practice.

We are fairly new to the area and our first visit to Pouncey Tract was taking our elderly dog in because of a nasty growth on her foot.  We first saw Dr. Rao who came into the room, sat down on the floor to be level with our dog, and did not move for almost an hour! The information she gave us was incredible, but she also told us to take our time to digest everything. Dr. Rao did recommend that our dog have surgery as soon as possible to remove the growth. We returned after the weekend and met Dr. Zubowsky who performed the surgery, not only to remove what turned out to be a malignant tumor on her foot but also a deeply ingrown cyst on her back.  He was WONDERFUL! So kind, so caring, so concerned. We cannot sing his praises enough! In addition to Dr. Z, everyone we have had contact with on his staff, whether in person or on the phone, has been great - patient, supportive, and oh so caring for our old girl. We have several rescue dogs and they have been treated by veterinarians in multiple states. However, we have rarely, if ever, seen the depth of caring demonstrated by Dr. Zubowsky, Dr. Morris, in subsequent visits, and Dr. Rao.  We highly recommend Pouncey Tract Veterinary Hospital to anyone who wants the best care and caring for their pets.

We've been bringing our dogs to PT Vet Hospital, and Dr Morris for almost 6 years now. She is fantastic. She is so kind and caring & really explains every detail of treatment to you. She'll give you options & is more than willing to talk through different ways to solve a problem. She recognizes the cost of vet treatment & helps you make decisions that work in all ways. The entire staff there always remembers my dogs & can even remember their specific issues. Their customer service & follow up is fantastic. I know they're probably one of the pricier options in Short Pump, but their care is excellent.

I'd recommend them. They are very good.

We have used them for about two years now. We usually see Dr. Morris, whom we totally adore. We have a 6 year old and a 12 year old dog. The older dog was recently bitten and severely injured on her throat. We attempted to take her to the "emergency" vet but their doctor's don't come in until 5!!! We rushed over to Pouncey Tract without an appointment and they rushed out to take care of her. Not only did they care for our dog but they made sure we were ok as well. As with older dogs we have had more occasions to use them than we would like but they are always able to get us an appointment in a timely fashion and have a "drop off" service that will allow them to work your pet in as the day progresses. In these hard financial times they have been willing to work with us on payments (especially when our dog was attacked and there were X-rays, meds, sutures, etc).I can not say enough good things about everyone there!

They are very fair in price, I think they work with you. They are great.

They were professional, personable, and very good with the animals. He has a way with the animals and was very calm around them. He really views them as his clients and his emphasis is always on your pet. He has a nice clean building with up-to-date and new equipment. I took my pets there because I had heard from others that he was good. I wanted to be sure that I got a good result from the procedures that my pets needed done and they did a great job. The staff was responsive and it was a good experience. I will definitely go back. The other vet I saw before charged less, but I wasn't getting the service I wanted, and I got a much higher quality of service here.

My cats and dogs have been Dr. Zubowsky's patients for many years (20+). He and his staff are the absolute best at caring for your special friends. He is an excellent clinician and will help you keep your pets happy and healthy throughout their lives. He has additional skills in geriatric care and also acupressure, acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and dentistry. The new facility is just beautiful. I would never consider taking my guys anywhere else.
