Excellent - I got an amazing price during a big appliance sale. I am always very skeptical of the delivery personnel being knowledgeable and careful. The two installers were very careful inside my house hand-carrying both appliances. Hookup went quickly and they were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. The delivery date got changed a few times because my appliance was on order and I had to call to check on delivery, but I got a real person and an accurate answer each time. Very pleased.

I live in another state and needed to purchase a dryer for an elderly parent and arrange for installation. Four separate times I called the Lowes main number and no one ever answered. I'd choose the selection for operator and that would loop me back to the main message. The store on Pemberton and Broad answered their phone so I will use them.

They were on the high side. Their estimate was for $8200. I think it was fine as far as the estimate. They told me what type of shingle they are going to use and what was involved, just like the other three estimates.

I shop at Lowes a lot. Most of the time they get exactly what I need and the price I want to pay.

Fantastic customer service. He listened to my problem, realized that I knew nothing about plumbing and fixed me up with everything I could possibly need. No return trips, no confusion

It went really well and they did a good job. We were happy with it. He was also good with cleaning the mess after the job. He was also really particular because it was a hard pattern to do with the tiles and he did a very good job.

They were very nice and very helpful but they couldn't come out as soon as I needed. They were comparable in price to other companies.

I wasn't really satisfied with their services. The end result was okay, but there was a hard time getting to it. A subcontractor did the work itself. They weren't responsive at all.

Loews used a subcontractor to do the work. They were right on schedule and did a good job.

I bought a "custom" made vanity and had to decide on finish, color, wood, etc. I hate shopping and this was no different, but it wasn't as painful as shopping usually is. I like to know what I need, go to the store, get it and leave. Custom cabinets aren't that simple but Heather from the custom kitchen department was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Over a couple of visits, she made recommendations and suggestions, as well as pointed out things I was overlooking. So she enabled me to get through the selection and ordering process successfully. There are several people who monitor the progress of the order and help coordinate the installation. I received several calls from them with status of the cabinet and counter tops. That helped to keep me informed and know things were progressing, but sometimes they did leave voice mail messages using terms I wasn't familiar with. I don't order stuff (especially cabinets) everyday and the people on that team deal with stuff that's been ordered everyday. They know the terms of their business and I don't, but I could still understand the basics of each call. If I felt the need, I also could have called them back for clarification. The taller came out with his team on the agreed upon date and time. He called shortly before arrival to confirm I would be there. They came out and got to work immediately. They were courteous and professional. They did a good job and addressed the issues that inevitably crop up when plumbing/electric/ and walls are involved. Fortunately, these issues were not show stoppers. The contractor was experienced enough to anticipate one of the issues beforehand and came prepared for that one. It could easily have been a show stopper for another contractor, but because of his planning and foresight, it was not. hey completed the job when they said they would. They cleaned everything up and took the old vanity out. They did a very good job installing the new vanity, counter tops, and faucets. It looks good. It works good and was probably as painless as possible. I now plan on doing the same thing with my other bathroom when I save some more money. I would definitely recommend Heather, her team, and their contractor to do this job for anyone else.

The particular sale specialist at the Pouncey Tract Lowe's (Kim Keithley) did a terrific--and very patient--job for us in picking cabinets and counter-tops. I often shop at Lowe's but this experience was a surprise in how helpful they could be on design issues. She saved us from a couple of decisions that would have been mistakes. She was also excellent at follow-up in terms of delivery schedule and a couple of items that were shipped incorrectly by the manufacturer. Very good experience.

We will never use Lowes again because they sent out a guy that didn't know what he was doing. He didn't have the right tools and he left our faucet not installed because of that. I went out and bought the tools and called him back, which he charged me twice for coming back out and he threw away my old faucet when I told him I wanted it.

We had a good experience with Lowe's. The carpet didn't run too much. The installer knew what he was doing so the job didn't take long. He did a good job. The carpet is even and flat on the stairs. We have used them before. I am not exactly sure but the cost may have been around $200.

I am happy with the water heater. Ours went bad and we needed one right away. I spent to $250 on the unit. The part I was not as happy with, was that the installation was as much as the water heater itself. It only took 1 1/2 hour to install it in a mud room on the first floor, so the fee was rather high I thought.

Lowes did a good job on my hardwood floors and they looked great when they were done. They were very nice in my home and did their work in a timely manner. I was happy with their service.

The contractor they sent out did a fine job taking out the old doors. He had no trouble fitting the new ones in. Unfortunately, one of the new doors was defective from the manufacturer. It was slightly warped making it hard to close. They are going to replace it and the labor will also be free. I have no problem with that. The job was done in less than a day so I didn't have to miss too much work.
