The best person EVER to deal with. Building a home is usually very stressful. Not with Jeff Tompkins (JAT,INC) My husband always has many questions and Jeff had the patience to explain everything to him. The workmanship is superb. When we sold our home in Louisa, the home inspector stated that he'd never seen a home in such great condition.
Jeff works with you regarding affordability and quality in your home. He returns calls immediately and doesn't "disappear" after the job is done.
We liked him so much we are now having him build us a home in Ashland.
If you want a great individual to work with in building a home, garage or even updates to your present home I very highly recommend this builder. You will never be sorry.

He is one of the best business poelple to work with. Very easy to get along with. We gave him plans for the house we wanted and he made some recommendations to save us money.
