Import Autohaus is always professional and courteous. Curtis will provide recommended services and let you know which ones are truly necessary and which as discretionary. I feel like I am getting a fair deal and good advice.

They are good people. I am very happy with their service. They have been good to me, I will continue to use their service.

I've always had good service from them. There's never been a hint of them saying that I really should get something done when it was warranted. I took my wife's car in because the brakes were squeaking. He checked them and called me back and told me that I needed to take the car out on a back road a couple of times a month and get the car up to about 40 miles per hour and then slam on the brakes. He said that would take care of the squeaking noise. Their prices are good. I recommend them all the time. The only thing I don't like is the chairs in their waiting room are uncomfortable. I also had them do an inspection on an Infiniti that my son was looking at purchasing. I was also considering buying a BMW and he said that he would never get rid of the Lexus because they never break down.

He filled me in and he told me what needs to be done on the car. Compared to the dealer price they are about 50% less and they are not credited Mercedes mechanics but they have all the stuff. They mostly do foreign cars. They even do some of the Japanese cars and some of the higher priced cars. They tell me when an inspection needs to be done. It is synthetic oil and so they charged me $60 and $15 for the service. They might have a little margin on the oil. They told me since my car is a little older I will have to change the oil more frequently. I am over due now and my car has a little whence on it that tells me that I need B service and it is more advanced than A service. They make sure it goes pretty nicely. They take care of it. If you keep your car well maintained then I heard you can go as far as 250,000 miles. They are very professional and they keep an eye on my car. My car is getting to a point where it is starting to have structural and mechanical stuff replaced. I am having repairs done where it is replacing original parts. It can be expensive but it is cheaper than making car payments.
