We had just purchased a townhouse. Previous owners left it dirty, plus they had two furry dogs and there was dog hair everywhere. We had not planned on having to clean thoroughly before move in. Lucky to find H & M on very short notice. Louie was on time, very professional and went above and beyond. He took time to vacuum thoroughly before the actual carpet cleaning, including crevices and edges, as pet hair gets in EVERYWHERE!! Areas cleaned included two bedrooms and stairs. We deliberately chose a local, family owned business that utilized eco-friendly methods. Really impressed that there was no upselling and pressure to add services!! Will definitely use again and recommend to everyone!!
