Seemed to go fine until I put on my car light an hour after leaving shop. Suddenly I realized I am on 95 North going 65 mph with no tail lights. I called Geek Squad and told me to check fuses since they had removed one. They actually blew I fuse that I got fixed two days later by a friend.

Devon and Nathan were excellent. They came out twice over a period of three weeks. They helped me secure a brand new television from Best Buy after the manufacturer could not deliver a screen panel. They installed the new TV and ran the cable under the carpet. Devon and Nathan are extremely professional and knowledgeable. It is clear they love what they do. If I need Geek Squad services in the future I will definitely ask for Devon and Nathan.

By the time I talked to the lady at the customer service they were getting ready to close so I missed the opportunity. She recommended that I call them and advised them what happened and they actually gave me extra points to spend. I was very happy with my experience and the way they were able to help.

We like them.  They were here when they were supposed to, did the work and got off on time.  I would recommend them to other members.  I have nothing to compare their price to but they did a good job for what they charged me and I thought it was fair.

They do not service anything but what they sell.

Best Buy was not as prompt as the sales people promised as they promised the service in 5 days but it actually took about 10 days. The price of the system was well worth the product and installation job. I liked that the people who came out to do the installation were total professionals, knowledgeable and paid very good attention to details.

All appliances arrived on time and were installed perfectly. Very pleased with result. Prices on appliances were also the cheapest I could find for those particular models.
