Cindy Bennett

Over the last few years, Ms. Bennett has been the listing agent on 3 properties that I sold, the last selling for $625K in November 2012.  She has also been the leasing agent on several of my rental properties. She has been terrific to work with, and she has always been knowledgeable, consciencious, professional, and personable. She handles everything in a timely manner so that the transaction moves along as it should. I've found her honest and candid with me about the properties, which I've found very useful. I've been particularily impressed with her knowledge of what buyers look for in a house, which has been helpful--it got me to do the improvements that mattered and kept me from doing improvements that aren't of interest to buyers. In addition, she presents all the options so that I can make an informed choice. She is very even tempered, which is very helpful in a high-stress transaction.
