Very please with the technician - Jimmy. Technician was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Reviewed visit plans and what he would be doing on the call. Based on my conversation with technician and his workmanship during the service call, I decided to sign up for Cimco's Maintenance Plan for my A/C and Heating for 1 year!!

I have used the service for 20 years. He comes when he says he will which is very important to me. He does just what I ask; if it is only the traffic areas he won't move furniture to make it a higher bill. Whatever I want done, he will do. He has always done a perfect job for me and that is why I have used him for over 20 years now.
