Burke Asphalt Sealcoating

My driveway is now a mess.  It has been more than 48 hours and the sealcoating is still wet near the house (where there is shade much of the time) and in the cracks where there are pools of sealant. There does not appear to be any special filler in the cracks. I could be wrong but it looks like there are just the pools of sealant. The parts of the driveway that are dry are still "tacky" so we cannot use it. This morning I stepped out on the dryish parts and picked up leaves that had blown onto the driveway while it was wet. The sealcoating was completely wet underneath them. Clearly the temperature is much too cold and the stuff is not curing.  
 Mr Burke is nice friendly guy, but he is either completely incompetent or simply does not let the truth about unsuitable temperature conditions, get in the way of business. I am very sorry I took his word that two of my neighbors had signed up.  One neighbor did hire him but the ones I know the best did not have him do their driveway.  I have not yet contacted Mr. Burke because I am so upset I don't think I can be civil.  For this reason I cannot say whether or not he will  be "responsive" to complaints.

Unfortunaltey I wasn't able to stay while he worked and I paid him before I left. I was back in an hour and he was gone. We have a 45,000 sq.\ft driveway! Other crews have taken 2 hours and this guy is working alone. Icheck the work and he didn't fill the cracks and the sealer doesn't even come to the edges. there is a 4 inch strip along the edges the buttt up against the house, garage apron,and sidewalks that don't have any sealer on them. In the past, sealing companies always taped these areas off and sealed all the way to the edge. I called Mr. Burke. He was sure he did a good job, told me again and again how no one has ever been disappointed and that he DID go all the way to the edges. When I continued to ask him to come see the job he finally said he might come by tomorrow. We'll see.
