Drywall Service
It went great. He came out and quoted the work and was able to start the next day. He performed the work on time (in two days), despite discovering that there was a piece of plywood in the attic pushing down on the insulation in the ceiling (which caused the initial sagging) and it had to be removed. He removed the plywood (which was screwed and glued to the rafters by the previous owner) and did not charge us any extra for doing it.
He did an excellent job. The taping and sanding were done perfectly and you cannot tell that a repair has been done.
