They did an excellent job and did good quality work. They were on time, were reasonably priced and I would definitely hire them again. I would highly recommend them as well.

Got to say, these guys were great. Donnie Shanks, the owner, put up with a bunch of questions and weeks of indecision. Very knowledgeable and patient. Came when he said he would, told me which fellows would be coming to install system, everyone was courteous and efficient. Had had 3 estimates (all really nice guys I wanted to give my business to) which proved similar for heat pump but Natural Bridge was less expensive for the heat pump/gas furnace option. Have heard from friends that they are very responsive when there's a problem. Would recommend without hesitation.

I originally signed up and they said they'd contact me by 11/26.  They did not contact me until the following week.  Then they said that they were having telephone issues.  So many excuses.  When they finally got a hold of me, they said they didn't service my area, so I found another company to do the work.

They actually came in less than their estimate, which was very impressive. We were impressed. They did everything they could to get us heat in the middle of a really cold spell because we had no heat. They got in here earlier than they thought and they were done faster than they thought. They did everything above and beyond what I expected. They cleaned up after themselves and I have never dealt with a company that I would recommend any higher. They were absolutely wonderful and they put up with our dog. We have a warranty on the service and have recommended them to others.

Overall, Donnie Shanks' services provided continue to be outstanding, since he first installed our York Heat Pump. I highly recommend Donnie Shanks of Natural Bridge Heating & Air Conditioning.  His integrity and devotion to his customers is exceptional.  He will go the extra mile to service his customers. Lastly, as a former electronics technician in the US Navy with many years of experience, he can troubleshoot and quickly identify the root cause(s) of heating and air conditioning system problems at the least cost to the customer. He deserves an A+ for coming out tonight and I highly recommend him as a heating contractor.

Owner Donnie Shanks has a great business ethic. Crew showed up on time, went to work, and worked right through their lunch hour. The foreman, Aaron, explained what he was doing at every step, but stayed focused on the job.

It went perfectly. The owner was at my house (on a Sunday!) thirty minutes after I called him. The heat was brutal. He examined the situation and made a recommendation; he was there the next morning to install my new AC unit. He took his time and explained everything to me. He also showed me in detail all the things that were wrong, or had been done incorrectly to, my old AC. I couldn't be happier with this company, and they have a customer for life!

Overall, the service call was outstanding.  What Donnie Shanks identified was algae in the pump causing the pump to make a grinding like sound.  After cleaning the discharge pump and running the heat pump in AC mode, he said everything was fine.  He did not charge me for the visit, because he said no repair was needed. 

In the future, he recommended I add a small spoon of bleach every three months to the discharge pump to help prevent algae from forming.  He is one of the best heating & AC technicians in this area.  I highly recommend his repair services and he installs York heat pumps, which are cost efficient to run and are most reliable based on my personal experience.
