They put a new roof on our house 2012 & did an excellent job. We just redid our kitchen - complete remodel. Could not have been happier with their work. They're dependable, honest, totally professional.

Totten Construction was fantastic to work with and they were the answer to our problem. We live in Pennsylvania but wanted to have bathroom remodeling done at a home in Glade Springs, Virginia. Using photographs through email and telephone budget discussions, Totten Construction presented an easy to understand estimate and work item list. They suggested some alternatives to minimize expenses, and they helped my mother-in-law pick out the fixtures she wanted. Chad Totten provided telephone and email work progress updates and even adjusted the final cost because some fixtures were less costly than originally estimated. The result was a beautiful finished bathroom with a new shower, vanity flooring, and other fixtures. We are so impressed with Totten Construction we are considering some additional remodeling. I have never had a better experience working through a remodeling project. A+++ to Totten Construction – I wish we could entice then to travel to Pennsylvania to work on some projects we need completed.

The crew at Totten Construction did an outstanding job. They gave me guidance (this was my first time hiring out a renovation) and their professional opinion, while completely respecting my decisions and preferences. Chad Totten did the initial estimate for me. I worked directly with him on making the selections for finishes and tile. They showed up when they said that they would and finished on schedule. I really appreciated that they checked in with me throughout the process and kept me informed. Totten Construction held pretty close to the first estimate, even after I chose to extend the tiling to the ceiling and integrate a custom order mosaic, which as I expected caused an increase. I expect to work with them again.
