Quality mechanical contracting LLC

Overall, I was very pleased with install. They were very neat and made great efforts to clean up construction mess each day.
David Cochran, is very good and really knows his equipment. His philosophy is give the customer something they will be happy with for years down the road instead of the cheapest product he can provide.He made multiple visits in preparation for install to take measurements to ensure he had sized the equipment accurately. He guaranteed the sizing.
My only complaint would be that David was not personally on the job as much as he had indicated he would be. His staff did a great job and he was constantly in contact with them. The job took a couple days longer than expected, but still finished in the time frame we had asked for.
Our personal opinion was that he more knowledgable about the the latest equipment than the other contractors we consulted.
Most of the other contractors wanted to push their lower efficency units to low ball the quote to get the job. He also finished the outside line sets so that it is hardly noticable and made extra efforts in the attic space to still allow for storage. Others contractors were not going to do that.
We wanted the bedrooms to be cooler than the rest of the house and he made two additional trips to meet our requests.
We payed a higher price for his services, because we felt he knew what we expected and made strides to meet those expectations.
System has been in for over a month now and we are very happy.
I would recommend this contractor for his quality of work.

David came and measured, gave me an estimate, and completed the work in about 2 weeks. He and his crew were punctual, very professional, and hard working. They kept the work area clean during the process and cleaned up everything when they were done. I was very impressed that David and his crew worked well together and did a wonderful job. My house looks brand new! I would hire Quality Mechanical Contracting LLC again in a heartbeat. Although David is young, he has a work ethic that is rarely seen these days.

Iniatlly we were having heat pump trouble and needed to replace our existing unit. They came to our home the day I called him and looked over the situation. We were contacted a couple of days later with a detailed estimate that included 3 options to choose from. While discussing the heat pump situation we mentioned we were also looking to replace our existing roof with a metal roof, and were told that they also did roofing. They came the next day and measured the roof and we had an estimate within 24 hours. We decided on the heat pump unit we wanted and while waiting for the equipment to arrive, they went ahead with the new roof. We couldn' be more pleased with the work from this company. David was very dependable and conscientious about his work. He kept in constant contact with me, even while we were out of town, and kept us up to date about every aspect of the work being done, and the status of the equipment that was on order. To be such a young man he exhibits an incredible work ethic. He holds himself and his crew to a very high professional standard that is seldom seen this day and time. I would reccommend them for any heating/cooling needs as well as any roofing projects.
