I would not give him a lot of good grades. He did a fine job but he’s one of those people who like to stir the pot and keep trouble going. My builder recommended him. I had two bids; his was the lower one. The other company wanted to charge me $14,500. I said there is no electricity that goes into a house that is worth $14,500. Randy charged me $10,000 which was more in line with reality. He knows his job but he keeps it to himself. He’s good at what he does but he doesn’t talk. He doesn’t keep you informed as to what’s going on. I haven’t been working well with him because he doesn’t open his mouth at the right time. He told me that he saw a mouse in my house and it ran up the stairs and then back down again. He asked if that didn’t bother me. I told him no, I have three cats and they’ll take care of it. He was trying to be a rabble rouser. I asked all the other workers if they had seen a mouse and they had not. It’s debatable whether I would use him again; I probably would not use him again because it was a personality thing.
