Things went well. Great quality work and where there were questions all was resolved perfectly. Nice folks and quality work. Totally recommend and they are now are regular guys. A+

I called on a Friday about 11 am when I discovered the leak. The receptionist said that she would try to have someone respond today. The plumber (Roger) showed up at about 4 pm which, in this area is a pretty prompt response. He explained why the connection became disconnected and fixed it within 15 minutes. The cost was very reasonable. This is a rural area where residences are often 15-20 miles apart. I will definitely call Dickens plumbing if I should need a plumbing repair in the future.

I can't say enough about this company. They went out of their way to help meet our needs. From start to finish, the interaction was A++. I would definitely recommend them . Dickens will be the place I call for our plumbing needs.
