We contacted the factory to see if they could help us locate a discontinued night stand from their product line still in inventory with one of their dealers. A Miss Gita Higgins forwarded an email listing of potential dealers that might have the item in inventory. When the initial inquiry produced no results locally, we contacted the factory by email again & they expanded the search. We were able to locate the discontinued item in Mishawaka, IN. The staff at the factory could easily have dismissed our inquiry but instead they "went to bat" to help us locate the discontinued item. We are most appreciative of their efforts and would recommend their American made product line highly. Great customer service. the item.
