The problems included water seepage from poor grading and guttering, mold and mildew caused by leaks from improper installation of siding and a lack of flashing and caulking. In other words be really aware if you use him. I would recommend that you monitor the work with an outside trained professional before you accept his word. At least employ an engineer to review the work before final approval. Our experience is that once you have signed off you will be on your own.
