Rich is very personable and accommodating. Rich really pays attention to details, which is important to me having two small dogs with lots of hair. Also, we have hardwood flooring throughout the house that needs attention. I always feel that my floors are super clean after Rich does his magic. Highly recommended and reasonable. UPDATE 2/21/2020 Poor service. Inconsistent. Not worth it. Do not waste your money.
