I have a Ryan home built in 2002. The Kitchen was virtually a pantry with a bar counter and small doorway to the dining area. We Remodel advisor 'Will' suggested removing the bar counter and turning the sink area under the bar counter into a virtual 'island' design. Will also suggested extending the area of the former bar top by an additional 14 inches. This created a breakfast nook. I desired changing the formica counter tops to granite, giving my home a substantial eye appeal boost. My kitchen/dining areas are transformed. The quality of the workmanship is 1st class. If you have the opportunity to engage We Remodel, do so.
