I was interested in getting a house deep cleaning service and saw really good reviews for Top Maids on Angie’s list. I called the company to get specific details on what a deep cleaning would entail, and products the cleaning crew would bring. I was assured that I could expect top quality service, so I moved forward with scheduling the deep cleaning. The cleaning crew (two ladies) arrived on time and were very friendly, which I appreciated. I walked the crew through the home and pointed out specific areas that needed to be addressed. In general, the crew did a decent job, however I paid for a deep cleaning and absolutely did not get a deep cleaning. I had to constantly point out areas that were missed, which were things I was told were included in a deep cleaning. In addition, the crew did not bring their own cleaning products, which was another disappointment. It appeared that the crew was not aware that they were supposed to do a deep cleaning. The home is approximately 5,000 sq. ft on two levels and the crew, again only two ladies, were finished after 2 ½ hours of work. I was not happy at all with the level of service that I received and will likely not use the company again.

Had a very bad experience with this company. Our family has used different cleaning companies in the area and this, by far, was the worst. The representative was great (William). Fast response and crew came smiling and on time. Unfortunately, they did a very poor job. Started with the upstairs master bedroom, we asked for the blinds to be wiped. They were not touched. The bathroom shower still had stains on the wall and corners. When I asked if they could take off the stains, they said because we asked for “green” products that it wont work... The dining table was left as-is. To top it off, they left a dirty rag on the dining table!!! Inside the bathroom, there was dust still on the toilet (top area where the flush button is). The living room was not vacuumed. Nor mopped. The staircase was left untouched. My wife and I vacuumed the living room and she is vacuuming the stairs as I am writing this. It gets better... we just bought a stainless steel refrigerator and they SCRATCHED it!!!! What the freak!!!! It looks like they rubbed our fridge magnets. I’m taking pictures for evidence. What makes it worse is that I payed the extra $90 for “deep” cleaning... they said they were finished within an hour and a half... thats when I kindly asked that they go back upstairs and do the blinds... the ladies smiled and did it. What do I do? Can I claim the fridge scratches? Can I ask for a refund? More than the money, I have a very upset 6 months pregnant wife. Looks like I’ll be cleaning the rest of the day. Please do not use this company. Unless, they change their process or do some good QA/QC.
