The work performed was good. They were on time and installed the water heater fine. My problem was that they gave me a quote for a 50-gallon water heater and installed a 40-gallon water heater for the same price. I partly blame myself because they told me they brought a 40-gallon and I didn't question the quote. This is why, however, I won't use them again. The cost difference was probably only $100-$200 but this left a bad taste in my mouth.

I had a problem with and installation RRC made. I called them and scheduled an appointment They failed to show-up at the first repair call and did not inform me they were not coming until I called. They had used flexible tubing to install the water supply in the garage and deck. They said it was stronger than copper pipe and would expand if water froze inside. They did not install a cut-off valve for the garage sink and taped into an existing cut-off for the hose bib (w/o informing me). In the second winter after the installation both installations froze. One pipe burst. Now they have told me that its my problem and offered me a 20 discount on the labor (not parts) and I would be responsible for repairing and painting the drywall. When they said I should have installed an access panels I lost it and they left. RRC now says the I should have seen that there was no shutoff valve specified in the contract. I responded that I am not a plumbing expert and I hire RRC because of their expertise. They have offered to discount the "repair" giving me 20% off on labor only. That makes it $190/hour (yippie!)

The plumbing company came out and did work on two toilets in our home. They did a pretty good job. They were just late once or twice. But overall it was a good experience.
