Called Professional Touch this morning to inquire about getting a new garbage disposal installed. Florencio called back within the hour. I told him about the coupon I saw. He said he could get it done today. He gave me a couple of openings and we arranged a time. He said it would take about an hour. He arrived at the agreed upon time. He was professional, efficient, cleaned up, and had the disposal installed in less than an hour. I had him give me an estimate on some painting while he was hear. He was much less than two other estimates we received. We will likely use him when the time comes for the painting.

I called Florencio on Tuesday and he was friendly and responsive. I needed some work done prior to guests arriving for the weekend: installation of some fixtures and some minor repairs and wanted to use a big deal. I called several handymen for an estimate and timeline, but with Hurricane Sandy, most of them said they could not even come out for an estimate for at least 10 days. Florencio was able to work me into his schedule, showed up a few minutes early, and completed all the tasks we had discussed. I had wanted one more thing done, but Florencio recommended against it based on safety. I really appreciated his honesty. I will be definitely using him again int he future. Thanks, Florencio!

He was in constant communication, did not go over budget and the outcome was exactly what I was looking for. He also was very professional and did an excellent job cleaning up, especially after all the drywall dust that was left behind from sanding it down. I would HIGHLY recommend using his services.

They did a phenomenal job. They would work from 8am to sometimes 7pm each day to make sure they completed the job in a timely manner. The paint looks terrific. They were very friendly, professional, and hard working. They did such a great job on the interior painting that I hired them to do some handyman work around the home for me. He had such great ideas and he would always keep me informed of what he was doing and why he was doing it. He re-wired some electronics at my home, he fixed drywall patches, installed a ceiling fan and hung curtain rods, and he also hung shelves for me. He is such a professional and is very trustworthy. I will certainly use him in the future and recommend him to anyone.

We wanted to change colors of both the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom turned into be a real challenge. The bathroom had this really dark grey paint on it. We decided to go with a bright yellow to brighten up the bathroom. However, when we purchased the paint the store told us about a paint that had a primer built in, so it would be good to use to cover the dark paint. Boy were we wrong. The primer/paint just didn't cut and the paint was way to yellow for us. With the advice from Professional Touch we went back to the hardware store and got a different color yellow this time without the primer. This paint did much better. Everything came out great. We are very happy with our new rooms.
