He arrived with one additional person, as he had indicated, and they worked the first day to prep the room and remove all wallpaper. The second day, they arrived promptly, as well, to perform the painting. They worked very hard all day to complete the job! They were very quiet and professional. The room is beautiful! His work is really great and I am very pleased with it. It is like a whole new basement. I will definitely be calling Florencio again when I am ready to paint another room in my home.
The only thing I would say for constructive criticism is for any professional workers to wear bootie covers over their feet when entering someone's home, especially on carpet. We are repairing our carpet upstairs so I allowed everyone to walk up there after walking outside in the snow/salt/yuck, but the first day when the estimating was done, there were no booties (before they knew I was repairing the carpet). We received several quotes and none of the companies wore booties or removed their shoes so this isn't meant as a complaint but as constructive feedback. We loved this company and would use them again. I've already referred them to my parents who need painting and drywall repair.

As previously discussed the Ticket that you purchase was for $439 to cover 800sqf of wall and when the representative from Angie's List call me to double check on this deal I explained to them that any other additional sqf of wall will be in additional cost. They told me that there was only two rooms with a 9' ceiling with a total of approximate 750 sqf. This room pretty much was just taking almost the entire deal. I calculate the other room at a regular price but then I did a discount since we only paint the top portion of the wall up including two closets . we apologize for any misunderstanding or confusion and will get back to you. Great!! I called 3 companies for quotes and Florencio was far and away the most professional. He came out the same day for a quote. Once here I showed him what I wanted done and we agreed on a price. He came with another painter on the arranged day. He was on time and prepared (I was providing the paint.) He completed the job in a timely manner. He fixed the cutting in I had done myself in another area and when I asked him if he could paint behind my fridge he did. (NOT part of the job - I was painting part of the home myself but could not get the fridge out.) I offered to pay him more but he said it was no problem. I will use PROFESSIONAL TOUCH LLC for any painting needs I have.
I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They were fine, but they were not great. After they came and painted there is a small portion of the wall between two windows in my master bedroom that I noticed they did not paint at all. So I had to go back, get the paint and redo it. Then the entire trim in one bedroom they did looks like they only did one coat and not two because the walls were fine but around the crown molding at the top there were lots of spots where you could see through to the last paint jobs. So I had to go back and do that myself, as well. Occasionally I still find a little spot here and there in the master bath that they did, but I have not bothered to repaint them yet. So they were not fabulous, but they were not awful. We did add on to their job and we had let them know we wanted to do that ahead of time. I was hoping they were prepared for that when they came, time wise, but I think in the end it became a time issue and they did not manage their time well. Therefore they were in a little bit of a rush. They did run into an issue with the ceiling in the kids' master bathroom where the ceiling kept bubbling because of a past painting so I guess that may have had them not be able to complete the work. They did not go back and check everything as well as they needed to. But we set this up with them ahead of time so it was not like it was a surprise when they got here. The price was fine.
I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They charged extra for more painting. Some of the trim was not done right and I would not hire them again. They were average at best. They did not pay attention to detail.
