We bought the deal (8 hours of work for $299)because it was a painting company and wall prep for painting. After we purchased the deal. The company NEVER contacted us. When we reached out to them today, they said they don't do drywall finishing at all. It is not listed as an exclusion. When we asked about painting, he said was different offer. Please refund our purchase cost.

two day later Professional Touch crew arrived to begin the work. I watched the work as it was progressing (I am a retired biomedical engineer with plenty of time on my hands) the work flow was harmonious and precisely mastered and performed with much craftsmanship and according to the agreed price. Overall, everything went well. I contacted with Florencio on a Thursday (I believe) after I had an estimate performed by another company. We spoke/communicated a couple of times prior to his coming out regarding my list and what would be needed. Florencio, along with another worker, came out within the week to complete the work. He would have come out sooner had I been available. He was very professional and efficient.

We hire professional touch this time, to build a customize closets on our new home, totally 3 closets. They look excellent, and the turnaround was only 3 days. This guy is a complete scam artist. Do not use him!
In addition to him admitting that the job cannot be done for the price he listed in his special offer because you have to purchase addition time for him to come back the following day to complete the job, he then insisted that 2 people come instead of 1 which cut the time listed in half. I told him that to do this small job, have one guy come for 4 hours and let the mud dry over night and that one guy return to complete the job by sanding the next day and he refused and said I needed to purchase additional time.

Workers arrived on time. I contracted for 8 hours but since there were two it was reduced to fours for the initial price of 199.00
Upon needing the other things accomplished tacked on was another 680.00. they Fix drywall in Garage and paint it; remove wall paper in master bathroom and paint; touch paint in two locations.
/09/2The were not an outstanding service but they were efficient and adequate. After they left we noticed some spots in the bathroom that were missed. I would have no problem endorsing them.

My personnel came fully prepare to do the job and the only tools that is require to do the job is a steamer and both hands. Deal was for wall repairs OR wallpaper removal. I did not have enough of either to occupy the full allotment of time. But Florencio was willing to provide paint service at an additional cost and include the wallpaper border removal for one room. All told it was not the best deal ever but the quality of service was worth the charge. From the start he was extremely accommodating to my schedule and added the additional work at the last minute. The service person, Victor, was on time and extremely polite and professional and worked late into the evening to complete the expanded paint job added to his tasks. The finished work was overall good with minimal paint mishaps. The only downside I can think of is that some of the patched areas were made smooth instead of knockdown to match the rest of the wall. I did not notice this until the next day. Once I get the touch up paint and cover the patch areas there is only one place that might be noticeable. I rated the price slightly lower because I did not really get the full 8 hour value of the discounted service nor was it really applied to the room painting. Again, even it it was not the deal of a lifetime the price was fair and the service quality was worth any premium paid. The flexibility to take on additional work on short notice got my daughter's room painted...finally...and my promise to do so was kept.

Professional Touch showed up on time and before starting inspected the conditions of my walls and of my carpets. He then repaired several small holes that were in the walls, patched, sanded and dried them before painting. He completed the painting in what seemed like no time, yet not rushed. The job was well done, very neat and tidy and efficient.
We decided in advance to have our carpets cleaned the next day as too not fill the day with too much work and Professional Touch was open to this. They cleaned the upper level of my home again very efficiently and my carpets look like new again!
We highly recommend using them for your next project!
