Great!  He asked for pictures of the closet in advance so that he could come with the correct supplies.  He showed up on time and did the work quickly.

We had a crawl space, a well cover, that we had custom made in Indiana. We had it made and delivered here and we needed somebody to install it. We got in touch with them, and we knew that they do chimney repair too, and we were installing it over a concrete base. We wanted to make sure it was somebody who knew how to drill holes in concrete. So we got in touch with them, and everything was fine, but we had a scheduling back and forth. They would cancel, and I would cancel, and it was not good, and in the end, they said they couldn't make it, but they would contract it out to somebody else, and that somebody  else would show up. My husband said that he didn't want to handle it that way, but somebody else did show up, and he did an excellent job, and he said we could pay him what we felt like. We asked the people in Indiana what they would charge, and we paid more than double what he was asking for.

Very professional!  There was a lot of painting to do.  Someone came out to look over everything we needed and recommended what paint we should buy.  We were told it may take a couple days for the job to be complete.  The morning of the first day 4 men came and they did the entire job in just a few hours!  We were so impressed.  We had the house back to ourselves in no time.  Everything looked so nice.  We were not sure how we wanted our tray ceiling painted so they painted half of it one way so we could compare.  We didn't like it so we had them just paint over everything with white.  We thought it was really nice of them to go along with our plan change even though they had to undo some of their work.  At one point they ran out of  one of the kinds of paint.  One of the guys ran to the store and bought some more paint with a discounted price no problem!  A few drops of paint fell on some of the new blinds we had just installed a couple months prior.  We called them up and they said for us to get the blinds replaced and let them know what the bill was.  With in days after sending them the bill we were mailed a check to pay for the blinds.  They could not have made it any easier.  We will definitely be using Professional Touch again in the future.

They did a great job, were prompt and friendly.

He did a good job. It was  a little more expensive than the deal I purchased, but still reasonable.

They charged an hourly rate which was discounted if an entire day was required.  I can't remember the exact amount but it was the best rate when compared with other handyman company hourly rates.

He told me he would arrive at 9, then didn't get there until 9:30.  Not a big deal because he told me he would be staying until after 5 to make up the time.  He did arrive with someone but I thought he worked with a helper and that this was his routine. He knew I purchased his handyman special and told me he would be there until after 5pm, I was expecting eight hours.  When he came inside to go through the list he immediately told me he could not fix the window.  I accepted that, no problem.  Then when we went upstairs to look at the bathroom, he then told me he was only doing touch ups not painting the whole bathroom.  This was not what I expected.  I purchased a new color of paint and a bag of 20/20 to skim the walls as he requested the night before.  Since he was only going to touch up we needed to find the original paint in a closet.  He also opened the 20/20 bag and used a small bit but did not skim the walls, just touched them up. This was not what I expected.  Since he wasn't painting the whole bathroom I quickly asked him to take the shower glass door down, that went well and glad he removed it.  It only took a half hour because after going through the list I had to go back to home depot and purchase a small piece of trim and when I returned by 10:30AM, the door had been removed.  I truly expected him to stay until 5pm, do a better job on the bathroom and put the handles on the cabinet doors. He patched a few nail holes in the bedroom and I guess he expected this to compensate for not skimming and painting the bathroom.  He did get the caulking completed.
My husband still had to go back to the house and put the handles on the cabinets.  If Florencio was being honest he would not have told me he was staying until after 5 and he could have gotten all the work completed.  He knew I paid for the $299. special. Plus, if my list had too much work, he should have addressed this the night before and not had me purchase all the extra materials.

Everything went well.  They were on time, professional, and did a good job.

Did the job as requested.

Shelves hung in wrong room, electric switch installed upside down. Some rooms were not properly painted all the up the wall. Some of the other things were done well like repair of the mantle piece and and fixing out door light, painting of room and ceiling was done well.. When asked to fix the problems he was happy to fix them but that of course requires another visit,

His specialty is probably painting but I would rate the handyman service as fair to good.  He completed the work in a timely manner but did not align the numbers correctly after a couple of attempts.

Purchased the handyman-for-the-day Big Deal for $299, and decided to hire to regrout our upstairs shower. This is a tough, hot, cramped job and I was thankful the handyman agreed to the job. The job quality overall was good. The handyman did note some tiles were falling off the wall, and agreed to reinstall them to avoid future problems. Great initiative. The quality of the regrouting was average. The handyman recommended pre-mixed grout for the shower, which is not to be used in shower environments. He completed the job with my original materials instead, and did a decent job. There were several spots, particularly along the shower seams, that were overlooked. Overall, however, it was decent and likely bought us several more years of use before deciding to re-tile or remodel the shower.

Good work overall.  He uses good materials for patching up walls (recommended against using the products I bought from home depot) but if you have young kids (as I do), he'll recommend against sanding the walls because of the dust and his handyman deal doesn't include painting - so that's good to know ahead of time. 

He showed up on time and I gave him an idea of what I needed him to do.  Since the movers were here as well I was going all over the house as needed and he found things to do when I wasn't in the room. 

Florencio was great to work with.  I walked him through everything I need to have done around the house in anticipation of our baby's arrival this summer.  He was courteous and professional and completed all of the work in a reasonable amount of time.  He put up with my mind-changing a few different times and worked with me to make sure I was happy.  He didn't seem rushed or annoyed when I would change my mind or think of a new thing to be done.  I will certainly use him in the future for more work around my house.  His painting job was impeccable as well.

Florencio was extremely responsive and professional, contacting me right away to set up a date.  He also confirmed again before the appointment and arrived on time.

After I described the work needed and set up an appointment, Florencio explained that the drywall work was more time consuming than one day and more complicated than handyman work, which I completely understand.  
He arrived on time and was very professional and meticulous/detail-oriented from start to finish.  He communicated every major aspect of the work throughout the day and the process very well.  His works shows that he pays attention to every deal.  Also, he went above and beyond what I asked him to do by sanding areas of drywall and paint from a prior job that was done very poorly.
He has not finished the job yet because I only hired his services for a day, but he will be back next week and I'm sure he will complete the job in an excellent and timely fashion.

Florencio was a. Very professional individual to work with. Prior to the appointment he was in contact with me to inquire about details of the job I had to ensure he brought the appropriate hardware. He arrived on time and was very detail oriented in his work. Hanging frames is not difficult work but time consuming and requires someone with the patience to measure thoroughly and Florencio was the man for the job. I would hire him again!

Awesome service

I had a wonderful experience from the very beginning. I called and received a voice message and my call was returned the same day.  We made an appointment, he came over on time, he was very detailed oriented and he did the work requested and extra.  I was very happy and would recommend him to anyone who cares about the quality of work that is needed in their home.  I will hire him again for additional work that I need to have done in my home. 

We were looking for someone to come in quickly to complete the three bedrooms and kitchen so I called Florencio Patino. He was very quick to respond and was able to schedule the painting quickly. He arrived on time with one other person and measured the space and gave us an estimate of work that needed to be done.
There was some patching and repair in the walls as well so they took care of all that. These guys were punctual, and worked through the day quietly getting everything done. They moved efficiently and finished in two days. They did not rush after finishing the work but instead cleaned the floors in the rooms to make sure there was no dust or residue left over from the painting.

Professional Touch personnel arrived on time. Assessed the problem with the vents.  Offered a couple of solutions with pros and cons for each.  They performed the job in a professional manner.  When finished they cleaned the area.  Excellent service.  I would definitely use this company again.
