It was a fantastic experience dealing with Florencio!  He did an excellent job and even touched up some spots in other rooms where I had screwed up the trim.  Just a fantastic person to deal with, and an extremely nice person too.  I would HIGHLY recommend using him for any painting jobs.

Florencio came by promptly at 9 AM and along with his son Jose worked extremely hard to prep and paint both rooms.  They take very few breaks in between and worked almost continuously.  The end results are fantastic.  I loved their diligence, hard work, attention to detail, and the desire to do anything and everything to make the customer happy.

I just moved in to a 2400 sq foot home where the previous owners had dogs and I need to have the carpets cleaned to get rid of the dander.  Florencio at Professional touch gave me a great price and even did a special treatment in my daughters room that helps get rid of pet dander.  The main floor of my house is all wood, this includes kithchen, living room and dining room so I'm not sure what the total square foot of carpeted area is, but there are however 4 sets of stairs, 3 bedrooms, an office and hallway and I paid $350.  My allergies were gone the next day! So the cleaning really helped and the carpets look great.

Florencio was very courteous, professional, and friendly.  He came out to our home to give us a quote, and it was obvious from our first encounter that he had a lot of experience.  My husband and I were trying to sell our house, so Florencio agreed to touch up anything he saw while he was going through the house.  We told him we needed neutral colors to put the house on the market, and he offered to purchase the paint for us.  He made us aware of the cost of the paint, and it was cheaper than it would have been for us to buy it on our own.  He was very flexible with his schedule as we had many different things going on at the house (flooring, alarm company, etc.), and showed up ready to work.  He brought his son, who was very pleasant and hard working.  It was really nice to see a father and son team working so hard together.  I felt like they were completely trustworthy in my home, and was surprised to see that they went as far as to take nails out of the walls, patch up the holes, and paint over them.  Florencio worked tirelessly on our ceiling, coming back even when he wasn't painting to sand and prepare the drywall area.  He is a drywall perfectionist, and it turned out really well.  They worked very quickly.  After they had completed the job, we realized our deposit had not been deducted from the final amount, and we notified Florencio.  He sent us a check to refund us immediately.  We will definitely be using Florencio at our new house in the future!

He was punctual and worked industriously.  One of the doors didn't fit the frame.  He tried but was unsuccessful in shaving it down to where it would close...but he tried!

I was very satisfied with my choice of companies I selected to paint my home.   From the first contact to the completion of the project everything went very smoothly.  They were professional, did what I requested,  manged to complete the job early, and were very nice.  I have no complaints and nothing but praise for the company and the way they conducted their business.  I would very definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

I purchased a big deal on 8/21/2013 for 8 hours of handyman service with Professional Touch, LLC for some plumbing/painting work. The owner contacted me saying he couldn't do this kind of job. I understood and told him that I would contact him for something else. I contacted him last week for grouting my marble entryway. He emailed me back that he doesn't do the grouting. The only not included service was the plumbing on his work profile, but now he has another list of work that he can't perform. I'm very disappointed and I can't trust on a handyman who has no capability to do most of commonly needed services.

I paid $89.00 for a couple of hours of handyman work.  I needed to replace a piece of siding that had been ripped off by strong winds and to re-caulk a couple of windows in the back of the house.  I paid the $89.00 directly to Angie's List on their website and Mr. Patino (Professional Touch) responded by giving me a phone call.  We coordinated an initial appointment to conduct an assessment of the job to be done.  On the scheduled date, Mr. Patino arrived in a timely manner.  When I told him that I needed a piece of siding replaced, he told me that siding work was NOT his specialty.  Since I had already paid the $89.00, I asked him to go ahead and do the best that he could, to which he politely agreed.  Mr. Patino took the full 2 hours to replace the piece of siding.  I was not satisfied with the job because he left pencil marks on the siding and the cut was done with what appeared to be a rudimentary tool, in other words the edge was not exactly straight or smooth.  However, I will take responsibility for these results as Mr. Patino told me upfront that he did not work with sidings and I was the one that insisted on him doing it anyway.  Mr. Patino was very polite and professional during the whole process and I believe he deserves another opportunity at displaying his skills.
Lesson Learned.  On these handyman deals with Angie's List, find out what a handyman's specialty is before paying for the work.

Florencio was prompt in responding to my inquiry - same day and provided an estimate within 48 hours. The work was performed within the following week. Professional Touch was responsive, prompt, professional, highly skilled and cleaned up everything after the work was done. We were very pleased with the service, definitely recommend them and will use them again very soon.

Great!  He asked for pictures of the closet in advance so that he could come with the correct supplies.  He showed up on time and did the work quickly.

We had a crawl space, a well cover, that we had custom made in Indiana. We had it made and delivered here and we needed somebody to install it. We got in touch with them, and we knew that they do chimney repair too, and we were installing it over a concrete base. We wanted to make sure it was somebody who knew how to drill holes in concrete. So we got in touch with them, and everything was fine, but we had a scheduling back and forth. They would cancel, and I would cancel, and it was not good, and in the end, they said they couldn't make it, but they would contract it out to somebody else, and that somebody  else would show up. My husband said that he didn't want to handle it that way, but somebody else did show up, and he did an excellent job, and he said we could pay him what we felt like. We asked the people in Indiana what they would charge, and we paid more than double what he was asking for.

Very professional!  There was a lot of painting to do.  Someone came out to look over everything we needed and recommended what paint we should buy.  We were told it may take a couple days for the job to be complete.  The morning of the first day 4 men came and they did the entire job in just a few hours!  We were so impressed.  We had the house back to ourselves in no time.  Everything looked so nice.  We were not sure how we wanted our tray ceiling painted so they painted half of it one way so we could compare.  We didn't like it so we had them just paint over everything with white.  We thought it was really nice of them to go along with our plan change even though they had to undo some of their work.  At one point they ran out of  one of the kinds of paint.  One of the guys ran to the store and bought some more paint with a discounted price no problem!  A few drops of paint fell on some of the new blinds we had just installed a couple months prior.  We called them up and they said for us to get the blinds replaced and let them know what the bill was.  With in days after sending them the bill we were mailed a check to pay for the blinds.  They could not have made it any easier.  We will definitely be using Professional Touch again in the future.

They charged an hourly rate which was discounted if an entire day was required.  I can't remember the exact amount but it was the best rate when compared with other handyman company hourly rates.

He told me he would arrive at 9, then didn't get there until 9:30.  Not a big deal because he told me he would be staying until after 5 to make up the time.  He did arrive with someone but I thought he worked with a helper and that this was his routine. He knew I purchased his handyman special and told me he would be there until after 5pm, I was expecting eight hours.  When he came inside to go through the list he immediately told me he could not fix the window.  I accepted that, no problem.  Then when we went upstairs to look at the bathroom, he then told me he was only doing touch ups not painting the whole bathroom.  This was not what I expected.  I purchased a new color of paint and a bag of 20/20 to skim the walls as he requested the night before.  Since he was only going to touch up we needed to find the original paint in a closet.  He also opened the 20/20 bag and used a small bit but did not skim the walls, just touched them up. This was not what I expected.  Since he wasn't painting the whole bathroom I quickly asked him to take the shower glass door down, that went well and glad he removed it.  It only took a half hour because after going through the list I had to go back to home depot and purchase a small piece of trim and when I returned by 10:30AM, the door had been removed.  I truly expected him to stay until 5pm, do a better job on the bathroom and put the handles on the cabinet doors. He patched a few nail holes in the bedroom and I guess he expected this to compensate for not skimming and painting the bathroom.  He did get the caulking completed.
My husband still had to go back to the house and put the handles on the cabinets.  If Florencio was being honest he would not have told me he was staying until after 5 and he could have gotten all the work completed.  He knew I paid for the $299. special. Plus, if my list had too much work, he should have addressed this the night before and not had me purchase all the extra materials.

Everything went well.  They were on time, professional, and did a good job.

Shelves hung in wrong room, electric switch installed upside down. Some rooms were not properly painted all the up the wall. Some of the other things were done well like repair of the mantle piece and and fixing out door light, painting of room and ceiling was done well..
