Kraus Remodeling

Mr. Kraus and his team were extremely professional, attentive, and performed better than expected.  Mr. Kraus took the necessary time before the project to define exactly what I wanted and made sure the project was executed accordingly.  Mr. Kraus also followed up with me throughout the project to provide status updates and plans moving forward.  Finally, Mr. Kraus checked in immediately after the project and a month later to ensure I was satisfied.  I highly recommend Kraus remodeling and will likely use them again myself.

After a very bad roof repair that caused a waterfall and numerous leaks in our bedroom, Kraus Remodeling came to the rescue! They came highly recommended to us! Kraus used brand new materials (the "other guy" did not!) and took great care to remove and replace our very messed up roof! They even cleaned out the trash in the attic that the "other guy" had left! Note: Price says "0" because we were renting at the time and the property manager took care of payment.

The price was cheap, and that's the main thing we were after, so we gave him a good rating on the price, labor and speed in which the job was completed. That was all acceptable for the price.

The rating was lowered, partly because I had to do more cleanup after the crew left for the day and I had to engage in lots of back and forth about several issues. I felt it was fair to knock them on this as it gave me the perception that everything changed once the last nail was driven in and they drove off.

There were some other issues which probably never satisfied the owner or myself. I won't talk about his part in this. I will only say to read your contracts carefully and confirm colors, quality, whether there will be an english speaker on the premises, timelines for completion, payment..all of it!,..or you will learn the lesson I did. And it will be YOUR problem.

Overall it worked out in the end, I wasn't completely satisfied (for good reason in my opinion) but we got off with only some inconvenience and annoyance and we learned a valuable lesson.

We got the quick, cheap roof were looking for.
