I was not present but the carpet and couches were much cleaner. There was one oil stain still on the carpet but I doubt it was pointed out to them to focus on. I would def use them again.

This went very well. I contacted them through Angie's list and they called me back promptly setting up the appointment. He came to the house today after giving me a general estimate over the phone, walked through the house and gave me a quote that was right in that general estimate that he had given me before. They came in, did the work, carpet looks great, and they didn't try to sell me any additional services that I don't need. I will definitely use them again

Joe was courteous, professional and an all around likable guy. He came highly recommended by friends and I was pleased with his Angie's list rating (he honored the AL discount). He did a great job, including the "problem" room full of stains I was worried about. I thought for the quality his prices were more than competitive. In fact he came in at more than half the price of a few other well rated AL carpet cleaners I looked at. I do recommend.

We have Berber carpet on stairway to lower level and in recreation room on lower level. We were told by another carpet cleaning company that carpet was "worn" and not merely dirty and that carpet could not be cleaned. JCB said it looked like dirt to them and that they were pretty confident that they could clean it. They did clean it and did a great job and saved us a lot of money in not having to replace the carpet. They aye the ONLY company I would ever consider using in the future.

Joe and his assistant Dave arrived on time, were professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. I had another company clean the carpets and they did a rushed, 'ok' job & the carpet wasn't as clean as JCB's carpet cleaning. JCB is by far the best. I'll definitely use them again & highly recommend them.

I've used them twice. I hired them to the house we were moving into and the apartment that we were living in. They walk in. The first thing they do is put these things on for their shoes. The crews are dedicated for upholstery and carpet cleaning service. They have all of these things. They have a lot of really good equipment specific for this purpose. This is how we do and we got this. They also check, will these irritate you, there might be a scent, is this going to bother you and that was very nice.

I've used JCB 3 times now and have been pleased with the results. In preparation for putting my house on the market, I had Joe clean the carpets which I thought probably would need to be replaced. I figured it was worth spending $200 if I could potentially forgo spending on $2000 on new carpeting. Joe was able to get all of the stains out of the carpet and made it look great. I definitely would recommend using him.

I hired JCB to clean carpet in my mother's condo unit after she moved. Given that she lived on the 4th floor of a mid-rise building, I needed a carpet cleaner with a portable unit. I choice JCB because it came highly recommended on Angie's List and colleagues in the carpet cleaning community.
JCB did an EXCELLENT job. Not only did JCB team clean the carpets, but it also removed stains left by a prior tenant over 5 years in the past. JCB was punctual and professional.
I would highly recommend service to any person living in a mid- to high-rise condo building. I will also be using them next time I need the carpets in my traditional home cleaned.

omJoe was professional, polite, and courteous. He called before coming and asked if he could come early. WOW, when was the last time a contractor asked if they could come early? Joe was prepared and completed the cleaning of my carpets very expeditiously. I would most definitely recommend Joe to anyone who needs to have their carpets professionally cleaned.

I was so pleased and will call them again when I'm ready to do the rest of the rugs. I have given the name to a number of my friends that have rugs and hardwood floors...There was no damage or wetness to my hardwood.

They arrived on time, were good about laying down mats and moving sofas on to them for cleaning. They even were gracious about vacuuming under the never moved sofas! Did a great job, sofas look like new, few spots have been removed.

It went very well. The called beforehand and asked if they could come 15 minutes early. No problem. Both the owner Joe and his assistant were very courteous. They walked through the house with before they started to learn about any especially heavily soiled areas. We asked to add one room to the original order. They agreed. Additional cost was $35. They clearly described what we needed to do after they left: cant use the floors for 8 hours except with booties on which they provided. Place plastic under any legs of furniture we needed to place back on carpets before the carpets were dry.

I am preparing to sell my condo and they cleaned the rug. The carpet had several difficult stains to remove - red wine, coffee, lipstick, and rust. JCB was able to remove all the stains. They are professional, through, and well priced.

This was the most amazing carpet and upholstery cleaning experience we have ever had! The stairs, which had been a particular concern to me, look brand new and the carpet is gorgeous throughout! The sectional sofa is bright and clean, and again, this was by far the best job that has ever been done on it in the many years we have owned it - and formerly we spent so much more money to have it done! Joe's prices for the quality of work he does are simply amazing. He was so impressive, from the first time he came over to give us an estimate, to the end of the 4 1/2 hours he was at our house to do the cleaning. His assisstant, David, was also wonderful. They were so thorough, getting out several difficult spots and cleaning the edges that in some places had begun to get black where the carpet meets the baseboard. In fact this is their specialty, and I can see why. Joe and David were such a good team and finished the job in exactly the 4 1/2 hours Joe said it would take. They never rushed but took their time in every room. Joe exudes confidence and is such a great guy, who obviously takes pride in his work. He will be our carpet and upholstery cleaner from now on. We feel so blessed to have found him! I will be recommending his company to everyone I know!
