Ordered a barbell over a month ago. Was told the product wasn't in stock and would take at least 3 weeks to be delivered. No big deal. I requested a refund. Was assured it would be handled. This was a month ago. I've reached out three times via email. One time via phone where I was told no one can help me except for the email address I've been corresponding with. Totally understanding of the whole covid19 situation, but processing a return is a digital task so this excuse holds no weight. I would highly recommend NOT using this vendor for anything as they have not been able to handle a simple task. Will never buy from them again. Unfortunately since they've done such a poor job refunding my money, I now have to be the crybaby who runs to the internet to leave bad reviews.

Evan and his team were great to work with -- no pressure and really worked with our needs without getting too extravagant or pricey. Delivery went smoothly; I requested a small window of time for delivery due to other plans I had, and the delivery team was on time and professional. Store even called several times to make sure that the delivery time frame would be OK and to assure that they would reschedule if truck was held up in traffic.

A fair discount was offered. There was some question about delivery, as entrance widths at my home were smaller than recommended. The delivery team carefully surveyed delivery options at the time of delivery, and got the machine in safely, assembled and operational in less than 30 minutes. I will choose Gym Source again for fitness equipment needs.
