He completely botched our bathroom remodel! From horrendous uneven flooring and crooked and protruding tiles, to the toilet paper and towel racks falling off the wall. He forgot to tighten a valve not just once (which caused significant damage to our kitchen ceiling) but TWICE (that second one started to flood out the bathroom cabinet). After the second time he tried to put the tile It was still so awful we finally threw in the towel and told him to stop. It’s clear he has no idea what he’s doing and I don’t recommend him for any type of major work. We are out and bunch of money and now have to bring in someone else to not only undo all the items he did wrong, but they have to finish the remodel.

The floor was not done correctly. It had problems with spacing, the wrong grout was used, and there are uneven cuts at the threshold. When I brought the problem to his attention he said no worries, he knows what he is doing. I marked the areas that needed attention. He tried to fix it because we were not happy. I feel that I could have done a better job in the end. The worst part is the marble is no longer shiny because the wrong grout was used. He says he is a flooring expert. A flooring expert does not do this kind of a job. At a certain point, I threw in the towel. I let him install the commode.and I didn't want him touching the floor anymore. I paid someone else $350.00 to attempt to fix the floor and install the vanity. The other company was not able to fix the floor.

I have procured Leo's services twice since August 2012. He has rehung exterior shutters for me a couple times as they keep being blown off in storms! He has since come up with a plan to try to keep them on the house permanently! He stands by his work, his prices are reasonable and more than fair and he is always communicative. I will definitely be using him in the future for other work as needed. He can do many things around the house, so if you have a project give him a call and see if he can accommodate your needs!

He have used his services at least three times now and he is great. They came out and gave me a free estimate. They are trustworthy, honest, reliable, and fair.
