Elite Pools and Patios

They did not have the proper drill to install the safety cover anchors with sleeves through the Travertine stone patio! The holes drilled were also slightly too small so they vigorously hammered them thus cracking numerous pieces and had chipping around the holes. After the fact I discovered that a diamond hole drill with water needs to be used because Travertine cracks easily. Also, I should have been informed that I needed to get a new safety cover since mine was 6" too short, thus could not be used as a safety cover. Their unusable install cost me $500 to replace the stones and that they would not pay for the repair! DO NOT use them if you have a Travertine stone patio!

If you think good ole fashion customer service is gone - think again! I needed a simple fuse to get my system running, none available in stores so when I called Elite, Roger checked his tool kit to see if he had one, he did not. We hung up and few minutes later he called back saying "I remembered that I recently replaced a bad board for a client and I went in the back and sure enough the fuse was still in that bad board and it was good" - he met me at the store during "closed" hours and GAVE IT TO ME FOR FREE!!! Thanks Roger for helping me get my system up and running.

I had another pool company for the past several years and was more unhappy each year. I got a few estimates this year and decided to go with Elite. Roger was very professional and has lots of experience in the pool business. My pool has never looked better. I am very happy. He is prompt and thorough and very responsive. Besides that I think he is very honest and trustworthy.

Roger Wing with Elite Pools is our Pool Technician. He helped us with a green water problem right before a major holiday weekend. He came out and did some filtration system diagnosis and repairs, had to travel back to the shop for a part, then returned and got the filter system up and running at its best. He had the pool water in pristine condition for the weekend. He then went above and beyond with a follow through visit and not only re- tested and re-adjusted the chemical balance, but demonstrated how he goes about this. He shared his vast knowledge about the importance of the balance between PH, Alkalinity, Chlorine, Bromine, etc. He also informed us of products people use to clear up the water, and why that product will not work when these other chemicals are not in perfect balance. He showed us how to use a quality test kit so we can do this ourselves. We really like his "down to earth" approach and professional mannerism, and we will continue using his services. Highly recommended!
