Service completed very well.

Overall they did a great job with adding the zones.  However, in the process my low-voltage lighting stopped working.  After many emails and calls, I finally connected with Rebecca in the office.  She kept in touch with me while she tried to get someone to come out to fix the lighting.  After two trips out to the house and the guys saying they couldn't find the problem, I cancelled the request for them to fix it and had to call in an electrician.  He found and fixed the two cuts in the wires within an hour.

The man who came out was one of the owners and spent almost the entire day supervising and directing crew and made sure we got exactly what we wanted.  The work was done in a few days, just like we expected and we have no complaints!

Best price around, did a great job.  They also do free winterization and dewinterization of the system for 3 years.

Overall, I'm happy with their work, and I'd probably use them again, but I wouldn't get my expectations us as far as scheduling maintenance work. It most likely won't be responsive, if you need something done in a reasonable timeframe.

I have used many services for the fall blowout of my in ground system.  I found Blue Ridge by chance.  I signed up for the spring turn on and the blowout in the fall.  They are courteous and responsive.  I like that they check the system and fix whatever needs to be addressed on the spot.  The technician also looks at every sprinkler head and makes adjustments for maximum lawn coverage.  I feel that the price is right and the service is great!
