I used this service for several years and was relative satisfied with the house cleaning. I was not satisfied with the owner, Blanka's, complete lack of professional customer service though. Any feedback over the years was met with defensiveness and aggressiveness. Recently her crew mistakenly (I'm going to assume positive intent) switched my $360 BLUE Miele vacuum cleaner with an old, broken BLACK Miele vacuum. I literally saw them bring it into the house. When I tried to address the error, Blanka denied that her crew used any other vacuum than Oreck, which is a blatant lie, and she refused to address the issue of the switched vacuum. I receive an aggressive, combative, antagonistic text denying any responsibility. I will be reporting her to the Better Business Bureau, and will warn anybody who asks me about my experience. Because it's a "he said, she said" situation, I will not pursue legal action, but I can only warn people: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
