Edwin returned my call promptly, easily located the windshield my (kind of rare) car needed, scheduled a time to come to my office in Bethesda, texted me ahead of time to confirm arrival, did not get lost, showed up on time, had the correct windshield with him, completed the replacement within the timeframe he said he would, and charged me exactly what he quoted me. And, he was pleasant and courteous, too! You'd think all of these things are basic expectations for a service provider, but I tried to have this windshield replaced by a local outlet of a national auto glass chain, and they didn't return calls and claimed my windshield was hard to find, then weren't able to track it from their off-site warehouse. After 3 weeks of the runaround, I'm glad I found Apex here and would not hesitate to recommend Edwin to others or to use him again.

Edwin, the owner, took my call and answered all my questions regarding the repair that was necessary for our car, including letting us know our options if the repair turned out to be difficult and did not work. It would have been a little difficult to meet his next scheduled appointment dates/times during the week since we are a little further away for him, but Edwin was nice enough to fit us in immediately on a Saturday to make it convenient for us. He took the time needed to do high quality work on the windshield, thus making sure the job gets done right the first time! Very highly recommended.

They are unreliable and unprofessional. They charge too much so that they can run all their misleading commercials on TV. Go with Apex. They have the national brands beat by a mile.

Terrific! Price was about half of other popular advertised company. And, they were available to come out the next day. New windshield looks perfect and they put everything back, including the rear view mirror and stickers.

Front windshield repair went well. It was refreshing to work with Sole proprietor who answered my questions, scheduled appointment, met at my location of choice, provided courtesy advance notice of arrival at rendezvous. He was friendly, answered all my questions, did a meticulous job of repairing damage resulting from flying rock on I-95 South. He exceeded my expectations as my wife was pleased with the results.
