First time out the price was higher than the cost for the monthly service. Our situation is unique because we have two families, two dogs and cat all living under the same roof. The cleaned both levels of the house perfectly. They cleaned bathrooms, kitchens, vacuumed and dusted. Also cleaned hardwood, laminate and ceramic tile floors. In addition, they changed sheets and made the beds. They started with a crew of three people and then another crew came shortly after them to help out. It was a little chaotic, but everyone did there job and they were able to finish quickly. There was a bit of communication problem but that was solved quickly when the director stopped by.

We have used this company twice. Cleaning staff was friendly, respectful, very professional. The house looked amazing, especially for the affordable price. I actually preferred the job they did vs another company who was more expensive. Furthermore, customer service is outstanding. Very responsive, friendly, professional and committed to a good experience. Even though we weren't planning to have regular service (we tend to get cleanings about 3x/yr), we have decided to schedule regularly with this company.
