Overall the crew did a good job at the origin.  Team showed up with 12 man crew and they got the entire house loaded in one day. At the destination though the crew was only 8 and as a result they got in a hurry and I ended up with boxes on the wrong floors and rooms and had to do a lot of moving stuff around afterwards to include stuff that was in the basement which should have been on the second floor.  Larger crew and I think they would not be as hurried.  But the crew leader was great and everyone worked hard in the heat to get the job done.  But I would use then again, having moved 12 times to include four oversees moves only the team in Germany did a better job of moving.

The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. The estimate we were given was spot on. The crew was on time, friendly and professional. Great care was taken and the guys were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond! My husband and I are moving next month and we'll be using ACE! Thanks Sunny, you and the guys did a great job!

From the first phone call to their receptionist , I felt like I was an important customer. Debbie was great at getting back to me with a price point and how it would be handled . When we finally bought our piano she called us a few times to update us on the time it would be picked up at the other location.. The movers themselves were very punctual, in fact got there early. when they delivered the piano they took alot of care to bring the piano into our home.. Eveything was handled with care and I would deff have them as my movers again. Everyone in their business were top notch.

Overall it went well. The movers were very strong and careful. Not necessarily that experienced.

The movers arrived on time and finished the move in 5 hours or so. They got all my stuff moved to the new place and I was with them the whole time to make sure they did not damage the wall paper in the new place.

I do not have any complains on the move except for the way they moved my bikes. They did not wrap them or anything, just dropped them into the truck. All 3 bikes ( mine and 2 kids) had their break wires pulled out and chains damaged. This just show

We arranged the moves with Andy and Sonny, who are both very professional and courteous over the phone. The movers were punctual both times. We had a 3-person crew, including a crew chief, both times. The overall experience was fine and they worked very hard. The only real problem we experienced is that they nicked parts of the wall--so much that the drywall broke off--in two places during the most recent move. When I questioned the crew chief about it he said it was part of a normal move-in. However, when I called Sonny and told him about it he said he would have someone come by and take a look at it and fix it. The move was in April and I have yet to hear back from him in June.

They were excellent. Their customer service is great. I've moved four times in the last ten years and they were the best by far. I would highly recommend them.

I was pleased that Ace would move my piano from my house to my son's house without a minimum number of hours, since they only live a few blocks away. I was surprised that they offered to come on a Saturday. I was anxious about this work because we had had new wood floors installed less than a week before the piano was moved. (My bad.) When they arrived I advised the movers that the hardwood floors were brand new and they needed to be careful. As they attempted to get the piano on a dolly, they tipped the piano so that it banged into the floor, I was perhaps a bit shrill at reminding them to be careful of the new floors. One of the movers snapped, "Let us do our job." Once they got the piano on the dolly, they managed to get the piano out of my house and onto the truck with the help of my husband. At the destination they got the piano into my son's house with the help of my son and my husband. Unfortunately, they had damaged the floor when they tilted the piano to get it onto the dolly instead of lifting it. When I called, they offered to repair the floor. Since it was brand new, I opted to have the flooring contractor do the work to ensure that it would be done correctly.

I WAS VERY PLEASE WITH THE MOVERS. THEY WERE CLEAN CUT AND VERY RESPECTFUL. I THINK THAT THEY UNDERSTOOD WHAT I WAS REFERING TO WITH SPECIAL INSTRUCTION.
