Called Winn Plumbing after seeking and receiving recommendations from friends. We had had the same problem once before that took several days and a lot of money to resolve. A very bad and trying experience with that plumber. Winn worked with our schedule and arrived on time. They were very efficient, professional, well equipped and had the problem taken care of in under 2 hours. They also gave us advice on how to prevent the same thing from happening in the future. Bill and Jeff also took care to protect the surroundings while working inside of the house. Using Winn was definitely a win for us.

Woke up to a frozen water pipe. I called a local plumber and they did not know if they could get a repair person out to me on the day I called. I then called Winn, and they said they would have someone at my house within the hour. Which they did. Two people from Winn arrived at my house, both were very professional, they found and repaird]replaced the broken pipe.
I was very happy with the over all expericence (not with the frozen.broken pipe, but with Winn Plumbing) and will recommend them.

I'd called them at 3:30 pm and left a message. This was a Friday afternoon. After an hour of looking for the clean-out in frozen ground and calling to get help with that; the guy said he could have digging help on Monday, I called Winn again. They'd been out on a service call. They cam over, solved the problem. They said they'd bill me, but I wrote the check on the spot. Earlier in the day my furnace had failed to start, but that had been easily repaired by Figgins Heating and A/C. I was to fly to Colorado the next morning. Thought I was stuck - but problem solved.

I called them for help with a blocked basement drain for the washing machine. When the washing machine emptied it backed up in the laundry tub beside the washer. They used a snake and opened it up quickly and problem was corrected. I have an older house and for some reason have to have this drain snaked out periodically. They worked with me regarding time to respond so that I missed the least amount of time from my job. Very nice people.

Our hot water heater was producing warm, not hot water. I had looked on Angie's List AND received a recommendation from a long time area resident. The personal recommendation was a highly rated Angie's List entry. I called them at 3:05 and left a brief message. They returned my call within 15 minutes, acknowledged my issue, asked the age of the unit and provided a basic diagnosis based on my description. He said he could come out immediately if that was okay. When he arrived I showed him the location of the water heater. He promptly refined the diagnosis and we discussed some additional details and options. He was through and focused. He was prompt, cheerful and courteous. He completed the task and made some service suggestions, tidied up the work area and made sure everything was in its proper place. I have their name and number and will use this company again.

We've used them for 15 years. They are deadly honest and do superior work. You don't have to call them back to have anything fixed. When they say they are coming they come.

They are very accommodating. They are very prompt. They are very customer service oriented. I think the only issue with them is that they do not have 24-hour service. In case of an emergency, I think they do have an emergency service number. They have a lot of combined plumbing experience with their staff. I think their price is reasonable. We have a well and we have had problems with that and they were very helpful with that.
