Jeff Jones and his crew did a very good job replacing my roof. I found him knowledgeable with proper attention to detail. They cleaned up after the job was finished. No leaks. Looks great.

Jeff Jones and his crew at Tidewater in the Valley did a quality job at a very reasonable price when they replaced the gutters on my home. The work was completed quickly and they used seamless high quality gutter material with hidden hangers. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Tidewater in the Valley.

the price was fair.
what I did not like was that I thought the contractor was going to oversee the job and have his crew do the work.
He did not do the work, he subcontracted it out to another roofing and siding contractor.
and he hardly ever came around to see how the job was coming along, until of course it was completed.
He estimated about a week to do the job, it took three weeks.
the work was good until they got to doing the adjoining shed. the "experienced" siding installer moved along to another job, and left his"helper" to do the siding on my shed/workshop .
It looked ok at first, but I had to call them back three times in the next month to reinstall siding pieces that were blown off on windy days.
and I am not talking about hurican force winds, just your average summer storm.
that really made me worry about the quality of the job on the house, but so far, there have been no problems with the siding on the house.

"The job was completed in one week and a supervisor was at the job everyday. Yes one piece of soffit came off once and was reinstalled immediately not 3 times and upon completion the homeowner stated multiple times how happy he was with work"

He was punctual, but the guys were trying to take short cuts on the work. We had someone else come and look at the work and bring that to his attention. Once it was brought to his attention, he did correct it. The price was good for the size of our roof.
