Barbara and James are punctual and thorough, the house looks amazing when they are done.  The first time cleaning was extra but they spent close to 6 hours detail cleaning our home from top to bottom.  I noticed that they even reached dust bunnies behind furniture that our previous cleaning service never addressed.  Very happy with their service.

The owner of Sparkling Clean, Barbara Williams, was extremely pleasant and accommodating. I called her when I found out the service I had been using in Shenandoah County had stopped handling residential work. I wanted to use a small business located near our farm and not a big company. I only gave her about a week's notice because it was right before Thanksgiving and I had family coming. She was already booked but offered to come on a Sunday! Not only that, but late mid-afternoon on a Sunday. Our house is pretty much in the sticks, so they had to drive probably 25-30 minutes to get to our place.
Barbara and her husband worked hard from the moment they arrived until they left about four hours later. They brought their own equipment and supplies. Because they were coming to the house sight unseen, they had no idea how much to charge us this first time so I gave them a ceiling cost and they worked within that limit. Having said that, we were pleased with what was accomplished.
She later called me to be sure we were happy with their work!
We will definitely ask them to come back and hope to have a continuing work arrangement with them.

Sparkling Clean did an incredible job - just as the name says they made it sparkle!
They even cleaned many places and areas I had not even thought of (Stone wall in sunroom). They were very courteous, professional and punctual. They met with me the day before to survey the home and then completed the work the next day. They also provided me a list of what the services included along with other services they perform. I would definitely use again and am considering hiring on a monthly basis.

The house cleaning job was a gift to my wife for mother's day. Sparkling Clean gave me detailed information on the types of services they offer and the prices for service. The information was sent promptly. I was able to reach them to make an appointment easily. They asked if I prefer to use my equipment and/or supplies or if they should use theirs. They also asked if we had a preference on the brand of cleaning products to be used on our wood floors (very thoughtful). On the scheduled day, the Sparkling Clean person arrived with their own equipment and supplies. The work was done thoroughly, quickly and very efficiently. In the end, the house looked great. Additionally, the Sparkling Clean representative gave us some information on how she removed a couple of very stubborn stains. Overall, a very good experience. I will definately use the Sparkling Clean service again.
