Greg Laird is the owner. They give excellent service. The last two computers I have bought from him. I have been using their service since about 2000. Greg is tops and so are the people who work for him. This service was free because it was fairly simple to resolve. It was not some major thing. The price seems like it is the same throughout the area.
Royal Oak Computers fixed my computer and got all my stuff back. Not only that I got it back the next day!!! The staff was great!
