It was a scheduled visit. Doctor saw me at the scheduled time. Doctor is professional and caring. The office is clean and the staff are friendly and courteous.
I like the Vet and the service provided.
We have used them for 3 pets: one was an elderly male Bishon-Frise. He was ill: the vet prescibed a treatment for 6 weeks...at the end of that time he was no better and we agreed that although there were other treatments available, it was better for him that we go ahead and let him go. The team gently and compasionately helped him pass on to Doggy heaven.
We also have a female Bishon-Frise: she has visited fo shots and check-ups. She is very high-strung and can be difficult: when at Royal Oak she is always handled gently and in a calming manner.
I now have a male Black Labrador/Sapsaree mix (born 11/6/2012: he is has been going to Royal Oak since he was 6 weeks old. He tends to be skittish but he loves the ladies at Royal Oak.
