Mr. Electric of The Shenandoah Valley

The team at Mr. Electric was excellent to work with start to finish. My project was an extremely difficult whole-house wiring of a Plaster & Lathe 1910 Farmhouse with no electricity to begin with. Their initial quote was the most reasonable and my demanding timeline turned out to be no problem despite short notice and some of the hottest conditions Virginia has to offer Whether it was final payment, countless logistical curveballs, nearly impossible wiring paths and even some surprise add-ons required by the inspector, Mr. Electric stayed consistent and without surprises to the end. I cannot express enough gratitude for the work they performed and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in search of a team who can perform electrical work at the highest level

Called let them know they were 30 minutes out and arrived on time of 2 hour window they provided. Very courteous, professional and got the job time in a very timely manner. Didn't leave any mess behind when they left and they always wore booties on their shoes to save from making a mess on the floor. Even took away old fixtures for me to throw away. Great company to deal with!! Provides a discount if you are an Advantage member with Air Serv.

I called Melissa at noon on Monday and in no time they showed up at my door. Went through the house pretty thoroughly and that's when the 2 unseated breakers and several reversed outlets were found. Unfortunately, the circuit went out again that night. The problem didn't even trip a breaker! They came back the next day and that's when they found a loose outlet wire from a different circuit that was feeding electricity (or not feeding in this case) into the problem circuit. This is all my jargon not theirs and I'm relaying the problem here the best I can. The bottom line is they fixed the problem professionally, quickly, honestly and with good humor. I was concerned I was going to have to pay again, but as Melissa said, "we warranty our work." So thankfully, no I wasn't charged again! I won't hesistate calling Mr. Electric in Front Royal again.

Mr.Electric did an excellent job and their fees were very reasonable. They were very friendly. Our only issue was they rescheduled our first appointment because they had an emergency they were handling for another customer, but they kept us updated and rescheduled the appointment promptly and did not leave us hanging. They were very professional and knowledgeable and I would definitely use them again.

They wear booties when they come in and they let you know about their credentials. They will do a survey of your home and let you know if you need electrical updates. They are very professional. They will attempt to send the same technician out each time you use them.

It went very, very well. They were great! It was excellent work. I think the prices may be a little steep. If you buy your own supplies, the price isn't as bad. They were there on time.
