Lisa did a wonderful job finding a great tenant for my second home. This was in spite of the many restrictions I placed on her - no pets, no smoking, no "for rent" sign on the property. She listened and understood my needs, and acted accordingly. While this is a rental property, I can see where she'd be great to use for a sale property as well. I highly recommend her.
